This is a new surplus Omega Rugged High Temp Transition Joint Type K Thermocouple Probe.
It is the same as an Omega TJ36-CAIN-116U-12-CC-DUAL thermocouple probe on their website.
The difference is the TJ72 has 72 inch leads versus the TJ36 having 36 inch leads.
