Warranty Policy:
Due to the unknown condition, age, and weirdness of items that SurplusGizmos comes across, most items come with out a warranty.
This means that all items are sold "AS-IS" except for where it is
stated explicitly otherwise in the items description.
What "AS-IS" means is that the suitability, usability, function
ability, durability, customizability, or any other ability is not guaranteed in
any way.
There are no returns for products sold "AS-IS".
All items that are stated as new are warranted by the manufacturer not
SurplusGizmos.
If an item is warranted by SurplusGizmos then the warranty period is 30 days or
length stated in description, and only for defects in the product, not in use.
Return Policy:
In all returns the shipping to SurplusGizmos is the responsibility of the
purchaser.
All returned items will be tested. If no problem is found return shipping will
be charged.
If item is warranted then the product will be replaced with same or similar item
depending on availability
SurplusGizmos is not responsible for the way you use or misuse any
item you purchase.
If you have questions on an item that you wish to bid on, or buy, ask questions
first via e-mail.
It is your responsibility to understand and know what you are buying/bidding on.
Remember that bidding on an item is entering into a contract to purchase this
item. If you do not follow through with your obligation of payment I will
leave negative feedback.
Shipping Methods:
Shipping options are as follows:
USA = Priority mail, express mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 day, UPS air saver
International = Priority USPS, Express USPS, UPS
For large items, USA or international, they will be shipped via trucking company. We recommend Seko Worldwide
Payment Methods:
Primary methods of payment can be made via Visa, Master card, PayPal, or wire transfer
Payment needs to be received within 7 working days or the order will be canceled
and corresponding feedback will result.
Company checks require 10 working days to clear before items will ship.
PayPal and Credit Card orders will be sent to the verified address only there
are no exceptions. This protects both customer and SurplusGizmos from fraud and
illegal use of accounts.
