    Item Description:
  • This CCD came from old overstock inventory directly from SITe.
  • These parts come in the original CCD carrier (black ESD plastic box w/ ZIF socket inside)
  • The CCD carriers are inside of static bags as well.
  • Each CCD comes with original test documentation paper and if available test photos.(not all CCD's have test photos)
  • These CCD's came from SITE as an engineering sample packaged at SITe.

    Datasheets for these parts is available here.

    SITe CCD's are used in the following applications:
    astronomy, microscopes, machine vision, medical imaging, and scientific imaging.
    These are mostly used in telescopes and there is even documentation available on the internet on building your own telescope.

    When this was new...it cost mucho thousands of dollars.
