This item is a development or prototyping board for 28pin Dip ATmega4, ATmega8, ATmega168, ATmega328 parts.

Board features:
28 pin ZIF socket for easy part placement
standard 10 pin header for ISP programmer (works with our AVRISP USB programmer)
8 LED's (connected to ground via resistors)
8 switches (connected to ground)
max232 ttl to rs232 serial on board
jumper wires for connecting the different features.
DC power input with cable to take power from USB port.(making system very portable)
space for 3 pin resonator
ATmega48 ships with the unit. (28pin 4k flash)
