This is a lot of five, ten foot length, Single Link DVI M/M cables with ferrites.
These are high end video cables.
The ferrites help to dampen out EMI / RFI interference in the cable.
A Single Link DVI supports a maximum bandwidth of 165MHz (1920x1080 at 60Hz, 1280x1024 at 85Hz)and utilizes 12 of the 24 available pins.
